Return and Refund Policy
Hostal Life aims to provide a fair and transparent experience for all users, including general customers, hostel owners, and property dealers through our Earn Partner Program. This refund policy applies to all services on the platform.
1. For Customers (Hostel Bookers)
- Once a booking is confirmed, the payment is non-refundable.- If a customer cancels within 48 hours of confirmation, a 70 percent refund is possible. 30 percent will be deducted as service and processing charges.- No refund will be processed after 48 hours from the time of booking.- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days after full verification.- Customers must provide booking ID and proof of payment to request cancellation via email.
2. For Hostel Owners
- Subscription fees paid for hostel listings are non-refundable once the listing is live.- In case of technical issues or service delays, owners may contact support for possible resolution or plan adjustment.
3. For Earn Partner Program (Property Dealers)
- Subscription payments to access customer data are non-refundable once the service is activated.- Any issues or mistakes must be reported within 24 hours of subscription activation to be eligible for review.- Refunds, if approved, will be processed via bank transfer after proper verification.
Important Notes
- All refund requests must be submitted with complete details and proof of payment.- Hostal Life reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.- Refunds, if eligible, are processed within 7 working days.
