Partners and property dealers are fully responsible for managing their business, handling security, guest interactions, legal matters, and all internal operations independently.

Each partner must provide complete and accurate information about their hostel or rental property. Any false, misleading, or fake information may lead to account suspension or termination.
Customer data accessed through a subscription must only be used for its intended purpose. Misuse of data will result in immediate action, including removal from the program.

Hostal Life does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any transaction. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or service issues between parties.
